A 50% deposit is required prior to commencing a project. This is to secure your spot in my schedule and ensures I can run my business and your project smoothly.
Your final payment will be required on final approval of your project - Prior to any files being transfered and goods being sent to print.
You can pay by through bank transfer, credit card or cash. I use hnry to invoice all clients, payment can be made securely online.
Yes! I know all too well about financial challenges when it comes to running a business. So payment plans are available on request. A minimum 30% deposit is still required with the balance broken up into 2 payments over the course of the project.
All projects include 2-3 rounds of revisions. Any changes outside the scope of your contract will billed at a hourly or set rate at my discretion. You will be advised of any additional costs prior to any additional work being commenced.
For all current clients - Email or Text is the best method - I check this regularly throughout the day. Otherwise phone calls by appointment only as I have other work commitments.
Office Hours: Thursday - Saturday 8-4. All inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
Timeframes will be discussed in initial communications as these vary per project, schedule and client feedback timing.
As a general rule:
2-3 weeks for basic package
4-6 weeks for full brand build out.

Absolutely I have clients all around Australia and the world. The internet is a wonderful thing! So is any excuse for a working holiday!
You will need to let me know as soon as possible. I will have to charge for any work carried out which will be invoiced to you, and you may be charged a ‘kill fee’.
Your brand files will be provided in the appropriate formats, through a DropBox link.
Generally I like to avoid it. Good design sometimes can’t be rushed. I do however, also love challenges. Shoot me an email to find out my current availability. Please note a rush fee or higher rate may be added.
Luckily I have a pretty amazing success rate when it comes to happy clients. However if for some reason you aren’t happy with the direction of the work, it is best to make this concern clear as early as possible so we can figure out a solution.
The initial steps I take with you ensure that we are on the same page throughout the project .It’s also a good opportunity to overshare any information or reference images you think may help create an awesome solution for your business.
